The Movable Book Society Silent Auction is a much anticipated fundraiser that provides scholarships for future conferences. At our Boston conference in 2016, nearly 200 items were donated and close to $4,500 raised! Leading the 2018 auction charge are collectors Frank Gagliari and Ed Centeno, with assistance of paper engineer Patrick Kershner.

How it Works
You’ll have an opportunity to inspect and silently bid on pop-up books and cards, exhibit catalogs, and paper ephemera during the conference. You’re sure to find treasures to add to your collection – signed or out-of-print movable books, pop-up publications from other countries and more!
All are welcomed to donate items to the silent auction. Do you have doubles of an item in your collection? Or, can you send a signed copy of one of your pop-up or artists’ books? Do you have movable book ephemera that can use a new home?
You don’t need to wait until September to send your donation. We’re now collecting and cataloging donations – simply download this form to get started.
